Health Grants and Network Division

The Health Grants and Network Division (HGND) works to streamline and standardise the delivery of grants, enabling the department's policy and program areas to meet their grant outcomes. The key role of the HGND is to support the Australian Government’s commitment to ensuring ethical, economical, effective and efficient use of grants for services.

Health Grants and Network Division (HGND) goals include:

    • ensuring a sustainable and consistent approach to grants administration
    • aligning our grant processes and systems, across the grant lifecycle to those of the Grants Hubs
    • promoting a client-driven, supporting and enabling approach that will assist the department to work with the various Hubs
    • embedding a customer-focused service culture to best support program and policy objectives using grants as a delivery mechanism

  • Queensland and Northern Territory Office
  • Victorian and Tasmanian Office
  • NSW/ACT Office
  • South Australian and Western Australian Office
