The former $13 million Lifting Clinical Trials and Registries Capacity (LCTRC) grant round opened on 24 August 2017 and closed on 4 October 2017. In recognition of the overwhelming number and high quality of applications received, clear need, and availability of additional funding under the MRFF, total funding for the grant round has now been increased to $26.6 million to support rare cancers, rare diseases, and unmet needs.
